Banks to Notice Expanded Working Hours toward the End of the week

To work with the citizens in installment of Government obligations/charges through Substitute Conveyance Channels (Adc’s) and Over-the-Counter offices, it has been concluded that all banks will notice the accompanying financial hours on 28th, 29th and 30th June 2024.

On Friday, June 28, 2024 generally business banks will stay open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. though on Saturday, June 29, 2024 that multitude of parts of Banks that stay open on Saturdays will notice banking hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Sunday, June 30, 2024 that large number of parts of Banks that stay open on Saturdays will notice banking hours from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

During these three days, NIFT will gather instruments connected with Government receipts and installments just, from the bank’s counters at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday while at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.


These instruments will be gotten through Exceptional Clearing on the following day free from assortment and NIFT will give clearing destiny by 01:00 p.m. on 29th, and 30th June 2024 and whereas10:00 a.m. on first July 2024.
